Despite only going into beta in January of this year, Disney have pulled the plug on F2P PC space combat game Star Wars: Attack Squadrons.
"We want to thank all of the fans who participated in the closed beta of Star Wars: Attack Squadrons," reads a terse message on the now-empty official site.
"After much consideration, we have decided to cease development so that we can focus on other Star Wars game experiences. We truly appreciate the time you spent engaging in the beta."
This message was not well received on the game's Facebook page, with many complaining about the shutdown.
