Today at E3, Oculus VR--maker of the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset--announced that Naughty Dog cofounder Jason Rubin has joined Oculus as its head of worldwide studios. Most recently, Rubin served as president of THQ before its eventual collapse.
"There have only been a handful of times in my life where I saw something that I knew would change everything," Rubin said. "The awe-inspiring tech Oculus is building is a portal into an incredible world that my daughter will one day consider to be normal. The moment I put it on, I wanted to help define that future."
Oculus VR also announced today that it has a VR demo of Sega's upcoming sci-fi shooter Alien: Isolation at its booth this week at E3. In this demo, you'll "use every tool at your disposal to escape from a ruthless Alien in the wreckage of your spaceship," Oculus says.
Other demos at Oculus VR's E3 booth this week include those for EVE: Valkyrie, Superhot, and Lucky's Tale, the next game from Words With Friends co-creator Paul Bettner.
