In my day fish stayed in the water, because they knew their place.

I really didn't think I was that old. Somehow I continuously trick myself into believing I'm only about 19 and have been for the past decade, but every now and then something comes along to hammer home how old I really am. And Tommo, Inc. and Night Dive Studios recent efforts to add the entirety of Humungous Entertainment's catalogue of Edutainment Adventure games have done so like nothing else.
At first I didn't even know how to write this news piece. Who wants to play a bunch of old Edutainment games? Well, as it turns out, freaking everybody. The store page on Steam for Pajama Sam: No Need to Hide When It's Dark Outside – a game about how you don't have to be scared of the dark or something – has absolutely no negative reviews.
When I was looking at this in amazement and feeling my age hit me like that Nazi at the end of Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade (a movie from the Eighties kids), my housemates and their friends – all close to ten years younger than me – came in and began excitedly talking about how much they loved these games.
Well my younger friends, great news – while the current catalogue of Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt, Pajama Sam and Spy Fox titles only runs to six games, over the next month and a half Night Dive Studios will add another 20 odd games. And for the first week of their release, all of the current Humungous games are available for half price. Have fun with your fish detectives and your skateboards and your hula hoops. I'm going to throw out my Fruit Loops, buy some All Bran and cry.
