What does Valve have that would excite Jaros?

The creative director at Saints Row makers Volition, Steve Jaros, confirmed on Twitter yesterday that he will be leaving the company for a new life within the fabled halls of Valve. "The past 10 years at Volition have been life changing," Jaros wrote, saying that while he was "super proud" of the series he and his colleagues created it was "time for me to move on".
Jaros joined Volition 10 years ago and has been a major influencer in the direction of the Saints Row series. His new role at Valve is unknown, but it'll certainly be interesting to see how Valve makes use of someone with a background in video games that feature dubstep guns and bright pink dildos as headline features.
