Swords aplenty in this bloodletting trailer from E3.

This new E3 trailer for The Witcher 3, shown off very early this morning by CD Projekt RED, does a couple of things. Firstly, it makes me angry. Angry because I have to wait until after my birthday next year to play The Witcher 3, which I wanted so very badly to be doing by the end of this year. Over Christmas or something. But I can't do that. Sob.
Secondly, the trailer shows precisely why The Witcher 3 is probably the go-to action RPG out of everything you'll see at E3. It's got the characters, the story, the world, the looks and the political intrigue. And Triss is back, which I'm eternally grateful for. But you can get hyped for yourselves by watching the whole video below.
To go with the new trailer, information has also been released about the Wild Hunt collector's edition. The retail version contains the official soundtrack, stickers, protective sleeve, a map of the in-game world and a compendium about the universe of The Witcher, while the collector's edition has all of the above, as well as a 33x24x26 cm Geralt figurine battling a Griffin, a Witcher medallion, SteelBook box and a 200-page artbook.
The figurine looks bloody impressive, I might add. The Witcher 3 launches February 24 next year. Only 8 months and 18 days to go.
Put the internet to work for you.
